Powder coating for aluminum profiles is
used, the process is electrostatic spraying, the use of abrasive spray gun,
under the influence of accelerating wind, so that the powder particles sprayed
out of the gun body when carrying a positive charge, and negatively charged
profiles in contact with the electrostatic adsorption, and then after high
temperature curing. It also enhances the adsorption strength of the coating, and
the aluminum coil tape prevents the paint film from falling off.
At present, the powder coating often used in three-sided advertising is
weather-resistant polyester powder coating. Most of the polyester resins used
in powder coating are saturated, and usually we can divide them into two
categories according to the structure of their end groups: end carboxyl and end
hydroxyl. When aluminum profiles are coated with powder and then combined with
heat transfer technology, it makes it more fashionable and trendy, so that
powder coating profiles have a greater space for development.
Powder coating spraying has a relatively
simple process and high yield rate, in general, if the measures are
appropriate, the generation of substandard products can be controlled to the
maximum; energy consumption is significantly reduced, in the production process
of ordinary anodic oxidation and electrophoretic coating, the consumption of
water and electricity is quite large, especially in the oxidation process of
industrial aluminum profile processing. The degree of pollution to water and
atmosphere is reduced, and the caustic soda, sulfuric acid and other liquid
organic solvents are no longer used to reduce water and atmospheric pollution,
which also effectively improves the competitive strength of aluminum profiles
and plastic steel profiles as environmentally friendly products, and
accordingly reduces some production costs; the labor intensity of workers is
obviously reduced, and due to the adoption of automated assembly line
operation, the way of loading industrial aluminum profiles and the way of using
fixtures have been significantly simplified, which improves the production
efficiency and also reduces the labor intensity; the standard of surface
quality requirements for the wool material is significantly reduced, which
improves the surface quality of the finished aluminum profiles; some physical
indicators of the coating film of aluminum profiles are significantly improved
compared with other surface treatment films, such as hardness, three-sided
advertising, wear resistance and acid resistance, which can effectively extend
the service life of industrial aluminum profiles.
